1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Hanora Studio (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of सनातन दैनिक ज्ञान (Sanatan Dainik Gyan) (shlokadaily.in), including all associated subdomains, web applications, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

By accessing, browsing, reading, downloading graphics from, or utilizing the services of this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately terminate your use of this platform.

* Note: You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 or the applicable legal jurisdiction of your residence.

6. Prohibited Activities & Misuse

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:

• Commercial Exploitation: Selling, licensing, renting, or packaging our shloka card templates, software codebase, or curated anthologies as commercial physical or digital products (including NFTs, print-on-demand books, or paid stock graphics) without prior written license from Hanora Studio.
• Sacrilege & Hate Speech: Modifying the sacred verses with obscene, defamatory, hate-inciting, politically partisan, or religiously derogatory language.
• Denial of Service & Abuse: Attempting to overwhelm our edge infrastructure with malicious requests, automated denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) floods, or automated mass API hits.
• Impersonation: Impersonating Hanora Studio, Sanatan Dainik Gyan, or its founders in any official or deceptive capacity.

7. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The platform provides links to external services, including the official Pinterest API and WhatsApp Support Desk. We exercise no editorial control over the servers, data policies, or practices of third-party platforms. Your interaction with third-party sites is governed strictly by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As-Is”)

THE PLATFORM, ITS CONTENT, SOFTWARE, SCRIPTURAL TRANSLATIONS, GRAPHICS, AND CANVAS TOOLS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANORA STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PHILOSOPHICAL OR DEVOTIONAL PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND ACCURACY OF TRANSLATIONAL PARAPHRASES.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HANORA STUDIO, ITS FOUNDERS, ENGINEERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR SPIRITUAL/EMOTIONAL DISPUTES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM (WHICH, FOR FREE EDUCATIONAL ACCESS, IS ZERO RUPEES / ₹0).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hanora Studio, its officers, directors, developers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, unauthorized commercial reproduction of protected artwork, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

You irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Pune / Mumbai, State of Maharashtra, India for the adjudication of any legal proceedings arising hereunder.

12. Termination & Amendments

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When modifications are published, the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any updates constitutes binding acceptance of the amended terms. We further reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user violating content protection policies.
